Moradia Leça da Palmeira

Located in a small residential cluster located in Leça da Palmeira, facing west, we find this land with a very particular configuration and a favorable topography. We were challenged to create a villa with two bedrooms, a living room that coexists with the outside space and at the same time works very frankly with the kitchen, all on one floor. The project ended up culminating in a solution that truly clung to the configuration of the lot and in turn ended up satisfying the needs and desires of customers and regulators.
