5 Villas Sur La Lagune

This project, located next to a lagoon in the heart of the Ivory Coast, aimed at the construction of a closed condominium with 5 houses. With a lot much longer than wide, but with the main view located in that smaller dimension, our objective was to make the most of the views possible. We then decided to define a narrow access corridor to the houses and create the 5 lots we needed along the same. With this configuration, the visibility of the lots closer to the condominium entrance was somewhat compromised. We then decided to create a set of volumes at the level of the 1st floor, which allowed us to maintain the capacity for residents to see the Lagoon.
This is how the 5 Vilas sur la Lagune condo emerged.
